Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the GhostAnalyst platform, operated by NT360 Sdn Bhd. By accessing or using GhostAnalyst, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3.1 Service Scope

GhostAnalyst is a business-to-business security orchestration service provided exclusively to enterprise and security teams. The Client is responsible for the management of account credentials and all security configurations via the provided web-based dashboard. GhostAnalyst is not intended for, and may not be used by, individual consumers.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

GhostAnalyst is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While NT360 Sdn Bhd employs industry-standard security measures, it does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of automated security alerts or detection outputs. The Client remains solely responsible for the final investigation and response actions taken based on platform outputs. NT360 Sdn Bhd accepts no liability for decisions made by the Client based on information provided by the platform.

3.3 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
