Accessibility Statement

NT360 Sdn Bhd targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for this website and for the GhostAnalyst consoles. This page records where we actually are against that target, including what is not done yet.

1. Conformance status

Partially conformant. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance. Saying "WCAG 2.1 AA compliant" without an audit behind it would be a claim we cannot support, and a reader who relies on assistive technology deserves the real answer rather than a badge.

2. What is implemented

Reduced motion is respected. Every animated surface on this site is gated on the prefers-reduced-motion media query. If your system asks for reduced motion, scroll animations, count-ups, parallax and the scrolling integration strip stop moving rather than merely slowing down.

Decorative motion is hidden from assistive technology. The scrolling vendor strip on the homepage is marked aria-hidden and carries an equivalent text summary for screen readers, so it is read once as a sentence rather than as an endless list of vendor names.

Contrast is enforced, not eyeballed. Text and interface colours come from a token system with contrast floors, and a build gate rejects changes that introduce a failing combination.

Semantics and language. Pages declare a document language, use real heading hierarchies rather than styled text, and render interactive controls as buttons and links rather than clickable containers. Server-rendered numbers are present in the static HTML, so counters read as real values without JavaScript.

3. Known limitations

No skip-to-content link. Keyboard and screen-reader users must currently traverse the primary navigation on every page load. This is the clearest outstanding gap and is scheduled.

No independent audit. Our conformance claims rest on internal testing and automated gates only.

Third-party and embedded content. Where the site embeds sign-in flows served by our identity provider, those screens are outside our direct control and we have not verified them to AA.

Complex data visualisations. Charts in the analyst consoles convey information through position and colour. Text alternatives exist for summary figures but not yet for every series in every chart.

4. Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site or the GhostAnalyst product prevents you from doing something, tell us through the contact form or at support@ghostanalyst.ai. Describe the page and what you were trying to do; you do not need to identify the standard involved.

We aim to respond within two business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what the workaround is in the meantime.
