This Privacy Policy is issued by NT360 Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the entity operating the GhostAnalyst platform.

1.1 Information We Collect

NT360 Sdn Bhd collects business contact information, including name and official work email address, provided during account registration. We process system logs (netflow, server logs) which are subject to on-premise scrubbing via our proprietary Sidecar agent prior to any transmission to our cloud-hosted environment.

1.2 Data Usage and AI Orchestration

Data is processed solely for security monitoring, anomaly detection, and forensic analysis. We utilise external Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide advanced reasoning capabilities. All data sent to external AI providers is pre-processed and generalised by our local LLM infrastructure to ensure that no personally identifiable information or raw sensitive log data leaves the Client's controlled environment.

1.3 Data Residency and Sovereignty

Our primary infrastructure is hosted within the Kuala Lumpur region. NT360 Sdn Bhd is committed to maintaining regional data sovereignty. We reserve the right to expand infrastructure deployments to specific geographic locations to comply with individual customer requirements.
