Who we are
This notice is issued by NT360 Sdn Bhd, which builds and operates GhostAnalyst. It explains how we handle personal data on this website and in the platform.
1. Information we collect
1.1 From you
- What you type into our forms: name, work email, company, phone and your message.
- What you tell us when you scope a deployment or apply to be a partner.
1.2 From the platform
Customer telemetry, such as firewall and server logs, is processed on the customer's behalf. The customer decides what is collected.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you and to set up a trial.
- To pass a scoping request to the authorised partner who will quote it.
- To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it.
3. Data and AI
GhostAnalyst uses Sovereign AI. Personal data, and anything that identifies a person, host or customer, is removed before any message reaches a hosted AI model. Customers can require that all AI reasoning runs only on infrastructure inside the platform.
We do not use customer data to train AI models.
4. Where data is kept
Our primary infrastructure is in the Kuala Lumpur region. With Sovereign Edition, the platform runs on infrastructure the customer controls.
5. How long we keep it
Customer data is kept for the retention period in the customer's subscription terms, which the platform enforces. When personal data is removed, the customer can download a record of the removal.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. We handle requests in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), and our practices are aligned with GDPR.
